This Blog provides Design For Testability Guidelines to users of a test technology called JTAG/Boundary Scan, standardized as IEEE 1149.1.

GOEPEL Electronics LLC was established in late 1998 in Austin, Texas, as a subsidiary of the German GOEPEL electronic GmbH. The office in Austin manages GOEPEL’s sales and support activities in North America for GOEPEL JTAG/Boundary Scan products.
